They do not honor announcements for sale items, instead report back that the specific item ordered happens to be the one that is not on sale.

I wanted doggles for my girlfriend's little dog. Healthypets website has this announcement

"SAVE $2.00 on Doggles Use the code DOGGLES2OFF during checkout.".
However, code was not accepted. I wrote them, several times, and finally received this reply:

Thank you for your email. The coupon you are referring to is only applicable for orders of the "Doggles Originalz" product line and not the "ILS - Interchangeable Lens System" as your ordered.

I feel cheated, and in all likelihood you would too. I recommend finding another merchant, one that does not cater to false advertising, and most certainly one that honors their commitments.
