Ordered the Rosendahl Winetube - TableTools.com had it for about half of what other merchants were charging, plus they had a $10 off coupon for Mastercard users.

Order was placed Tuesday evening, and I immediately received a order notification.

On Wednesday I received an order confirmation, but no shipping information.

On Thursday, I received the product I had ordered. (But still not shipping information.)

Not the best communication on its part, but I was pleased with my purchase and would order from them again.

Correction: The shipping information was sent by UPS, not by TableTools. I did receive the shipping information in a timely manner. My mistake.

Ordered some incredibly hard to find parts for my Czech Republic-made soda siphon. Their website mentioned that it would take two months for them to get stock, they notified me about a month and a half later that they had received a shipment of parts. Two days later I had them in hand. Great customer service - would definitely order from them again.

Called before I ordered online - customer service immediately picked up (no menus to go through) and was knowledgeable about the product. Made recommendations and didn't make a hard sell.

Ordered online, but didn't receive any tracking information, just a confirmation e-mail. Called customer service again in three days time and they tracked it for me and told me that my Aeron chair would be arriving that day. Ridiculously fast shipping on a fairly heavy item.

All in all it was a very positive experience. If they e-mailed tracking information I'd give them a 10 out of 10.

Very reasonable prices thanks to frequent 20% and 30% off coupons. (Also, only site I've seen that has coupons valid on gift certificates.)

Item was backordered and shipped about two weeks before estimated. Works for me!

Have purchased from them online a couple of times and, besides a slightly wonky tracking system, I have had very positive experiences.

I've ordered dozens of items from Buy.com and have never had a problem. Ordered on Friday, received four days later - I was e-mailed tracking information. A great buying experience, overall, as usual.

Ordered in the morning, it was in FedEx's hands that evening. Ground shipping took as long as expected - merchandise (a USB 2.0 enclosure) was well packed and works as expected. Their enclosures are essentially rebranded Bytecc enclosures sold at a 30% discount - good stuff!

I've placed nearly a dozen orders from Amazon.com and have had no problems. On this last order, the price dropped shortly after I received the item and they refunded me the difference. Admittedly, it's hard to get in touch with an actualy person at this company, but if you do, they're very helpful. If they have the best price, I have no problem with ordering from this company.

Quick, free FedEx ground shipping, plus best prices on the web. Decent communications (sent out order confirmation almost immediately, shipping confirmation early the next morning) - no problems at all.

Ordered a digital camera bundle from them that was an amazing deal. The order notification listed the price as $50 more, and it had already gone out for delivery. I called customer service once I realised that my credit card was being charged the higher price. While this was not an appreciated way to handle things, the CS rep I spoke to really looked into the matter, found the time stamped receipt of purchase showing a purchase price of $150 (what I expected to pay), and sent a credit to my card for the amount over charged. She also e-mailed a gift card good for $25 off my next purchase as an apology to the mix-up. It could possibly have been a big disaster, but their CS responded admirably and I will do business with them again.
