Great company to deal with. I ordered a brand new Sharp LCD (just released), and monitoroutlet.com was one of the very few online resellers to have it, and they had by far the best price. The day after I placed the order, a very friendly woman called from customer service to tell us that Sharp had delayed its shipment by 1 week, and asked if this would be O.K. One week later, as promised, Jared called to let me know the TV would arrive the next day and be shipped immediately. He offered me an extended warranty but did not pressure. Within the next few days I received an e-mail to schedule the delivery truck. The TV came as promised, on time, in perfect condition. I really appreciated the way they kept me informed throughout: everything was very transparent and accessible. Many online resellers seem to keep you in the dark about your order status, so I was very pleased by their professionalism. Overall, I had a great experience, I would recommend them highly, and I would order from them again.
