When I opened the package, I heard a distinct rattling noise like something was loose or broken inside the unit. I have since sent several email messages to eWaggle asking for assistance. To date I have not received any response. I tried calling but they never answer and their voice mail is too full to accept any messages. The total cost to me for the unit plus shipping and handling was $172.36.<br><br>This has been an expensive lesson for me. I hope this message will warn others to avoid this seller like the plague. They appear to be a fraudulent operation.
