This was my first time renting any equipment, but I needed an extra body for a wedding, and my 70-200mm was on the fritz, so I rented them. BEST experience!! I was always notified what was going on with my order via email, everything was shipped VERY securely and in GREAT condition. I will rent from them again, if ever needed. Wonderful company to deal with :)
