Got an email on the 13th stating there was an issue with my order and I needed to call them. There was an issue with my shipping address which was corrected. I was told the order would go out that day. Didn\u0027t get a tracking number that day or the next so I called today (Nov.15) and asked what was the deal. They said the order would go out today and I would get a tracking # on Monday. I asked why if it was going out today would I get a tracking # on Monday. She said because they close early today. Didn\u0027t like the sound of it so I cancelled the order and placed it with a different company. I placed my order on Friday Nov. 8. Figured the order wouldn\u0027t go through until Monday. Saw they were open on Sunday and called to check on my order. Plan to spend anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour on hold. And the same guy usually answers the phone. He told me to call back a few hours later. Called back. He said the sales manager was out. Called Monday morning and he said call back in a few hours. I cancelled the order and found it at buydig.com at the same price with 100% better service. I usually read a few bad reviews and think, \u0022I doubt it could be that bad\u0022 Should have known though with just a few reviews and most of them being bad ones to avoid.
