I purchased three dozen provi golf balls from this store and never received them. They say it was sent out and therefore is not their problem. I however feel that if I pay for something and PAY FOR SHIPPING then it is the repsonsibility of the store to make sure the shipment gets delivered, which it clearly did not. I will never do business with this store again and strongly advise all others to avoid it as well. They have not been helpful or responsive at all.

I fully believe in capitalism and customer service, so I wanted to write this review. I have not had a lot of dealings with Lensmate, but the prices are decent, and any extra cost is worth a company you can trust. I emailed them and got a good answer and I bought the adapters/lenses through them (though I do wish there was a way to call). I feel like the sample photos were a HUGE point in convincing me to buy from them. There is so much cheap junk out there, that getting equipment that I can see has been thoroughly tested and reviewed is very helpful. Now I suppose if there are problems with orders in the future things may change, but so far I am VERY impressed with their website and product information, and will do business with them again this afternoon, which is the highest compliment I can give any company.
