UN-believable!!! I placed an order the day after Thanksgiving, and here it is, 3 days before Christmas Eve and still waiting for the order. They shipped a partial order last week, which was listed as having 5 items in it - only 4 were in the box. I immediately called and the person I spoke with said she'd "overnight" the missing item... here it is, 10 days later and no replacement item. Every time I call, which has been about 10 times already, I get a very generic response. "They're processing it now" is the one I hear the most (which results in about 3 more phone calls before I even see a shipment confirmation). I've also heard "we had a snow storm", "that piece is on backorder", "the warehouse has all new people", and many, many more... I could write a book! All this AFTER everything showed IN STOCK on the day I placed the order - again, almost 1 month ago. Still missing two pieces and I have no confidence that they'll arrive by Friday. Tsk! Tsk! Justice. Take some lessons from retailers like Nordstrom, where people don't mind paying higher prices for EXEMPLARY customer service!
