I work in retail customer service and it is my job to evaluate employees for their competence. If I was evaluating Lumbar Liquidators performance by the guidelines of the company I work for I would terminate them. At all occasions where I had interactions with another person representing Lumber Liquidators the interaction was disconnected and aloof. It seemed as though it was a chore to help me. The company policies are designed to foster a TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT business model that is more concerned with satisfying Lumber Liquidators needs rather than the needs of the customer. I had a return and was told it would be 3 to 5 weeks to receive my refund in the mail. While no company can ever be so concerned with customer satisfaction they go bankrupt Lumber Liquidators makes does not even try and it obvious they don’t want to. I will never buy from them again. Sure the pricing was good but at the end of the day the grief cost me so much more.
