I ordered shoes from this company, and had to return them because the size was too small. I returned the package but received no refund. The package was tracked, so I know the received it and when. After multiple emails, phone calls, and wasted time, I gave up and filed a claim with Amazon. Unless you are willing to roll the dice and hope you never have to return and item, I would find another company to give your business.
