Emailed them to make sure about an adapter I didn't have access to (parent's house 200 miles away) and they responded in 12 hours with the part number and a link to it on their well-organized site!
Fedex shipping was kind of high for a tiny adapter, but no one local has the part I needed!
Update: Turns out they recommended the wrong part and I'm waiting over labor day holiday to find out what they're going to do about it. I'm not very happy.
Update: Ok, so I got the wrong part based on their recommendation and asked for an exchange. Instead, they want a $5 min restocking fee for a part that is still fresh in the box not to mention the S&H I pay for to get it back to them. I supplied the equipment involved that required the adapter, but my mistake was making a guess at what I needed. Having taken no extra time in making sure what I needed was correct, the screw me with the wrong part and won't take it back for less than 50% of its original cost.
Prices are low, but customer service is abominable and shipping is overblown pricewise and very slow. I recommend avoiding this 'company.'
No sooner posted than they call me and correct our joint mistake at no charge. I was happy to learn that these people are not running some chinatown-garage retail front. My faith is restored.
