I was initially skeptical at how effective the Mack Warranty would be after reading some of the other reviews. I purchased a Denon Amp in 2009 along with a 3-yr extended Mack warranty. I recently experienced some issues with the Amp, so I e-mailed Mack Customer Service and requested authorization to have a local Denon authorized repair center fix the problem. The very next day, I received a ‘local repair request form’ with instructions on what information I was to provide. I immediately sent them the required documents and received another e-mail the same day with a ‘control number’, along with instructions to obtain an estimate from the local repair center. Within two days, I had the repair center submit the estimate for the repairs. Two business days later, I had the approval for my estimate, and the repair was accomplished. The whole process took 1 week! I am extremely happy with the people at Mack Camera Customer Service – they were courteous on the phone, and prompt with their responses. I would not hesitate to obtain another Mack Camera warranty.
