“STAY AWAY from these people....they double billed my order, their phone system says that the mailboxes are "full" and can't accept any more messages (I have called every day for over 2 weeks). I have sent emails that have never been replied to. Very very bad customer service. I was able to once leave a message with the accounting department, but now it is full also...then the system tells you "exiting system" and hangs up. Their web site shows 2 orders with the same invoice number, same order number, and that one has been paid....if they wanted to charge me for 2 orders...then they should send the other order.”
