We buy over $500,000 worth of products online every year, so I've had a fair bit of experience in dealing with online vendors. This company is selling pirated key codes. Software Supply Group sent us 2 keycodes for Quickbooks (instead of sending us the retail packaging, Quickbooks doesn't have an open license program!) and when we called Intuit, they confirmed the keycodes were already owned by another company and would not activate for us.
When we tried to contact Software Supply Group to resolve the issue, they would not return our emails or phone calls. This is rather surprising, as typically when we've caught other companies selling pirated software in the past, they bend over backwards and attempt to give us whatever we want to keep our mouth shut and not report them.
We are reporting them to the BSA for software piracy and disputing the charge on our credit card.
Buyer Beware!
