SquareTrade saved my tail. Between using my iPad2 for work and letting my kids play with it, I was concerned something would happen and with it being such an expensive device, that was not something I wanted to risk unprotected. I purchased the warranty and sure enough, it was dropped and the glass screen shattered. The staff at SquareTrade were very helpful on providing me with different options. I chose to have it repaired at a shop here locally and then emailed the receipt to them. Within I broke the screen on Thursday, repaired on Friday, submitted the receipt Monday afternoon and had my money back from SquareTrade Tuesday!! 3 1/2 business days was all it took!!! On top of it, the repair was twice what I paid for the warranty so it was by far well worth the money. I look forward to covering all of my items I can with SquareTrade!
