Ordered a camera lens and they canceled my order. Waste of time! Offered no compensation for wasting my time. Will not shop at this merchant again. AVOID, BUYER BEWARE.

Terrible experience. I ordered some tape online from them. I got an email saying it was delayed and will be shipped from another warehose. A day later, the same message. Then the next day, a cancellation email saying it was a price mistake. Terrible service, no compensation for making us wait and canceling the order. The last time I had a staples order canceled, they gave me $5 credit per item they canceled for a total of $10. I will be taking my business elsewhere!

Terrible company. Zero communication. I bought a battery from them. It appeared used and had 1/2 the original capacity. I filed a claim with Paypal, paypal says send it back and provide proof of tracking. Well, turns out the lowest price for sending it back with tracking would be $15 for registered mail and its an $8 item. I emailed the company too, and they never responded. Avoid this company, unless you like getting scammed.

I ordered a pair of shoes marked down from $110 on sale to $49.99. I then used a $20 laborday coupon directly from timberland and placed my order. The next day I was notified that my order had been canceled. These guys at timberland run a shady business. I will think twice about ever purchasing one of their products again! They can't even honor their own promotion and end up wasting peoples time! I looked through their store for an hour looking through various shoes. Found the ones I wanted, placed my order and it was cancelled. Talk about a slap in the face.
