Garbage quality. Garbage Service. Garbage.

I bought a cell phone watch and while I didn't expect much I did expect it to work. The watch worked almost decently until it went into power saving mode then nothing worked again until I pulled the battery to reboot it. I wrote a review on their website and it was never posted, apparently they don't want negative write-ups on their own pages. This is the second product I ordered from them, the first was an mp4 player that broke within days.

When I was originally researching the purchase I asked a question of their customer support about the differences in features between different models. I received a single reply that said I need to look at the specifications listed on each page. Horrible customer service.

The products apparently ship from China so shipping does take a while.

They recently changed their website to ahappydeal.com it's the same company though.

My wife REALLY wanted a Magic Sing Karaoke system but most of the places that I found it avaliable were in the Philippines. I read the 1 review of this shop and decided to go ahead and purchase from them. I selected free shipping knowing that it might take a couple extra days to get here but they shipped it UPS the next day. Fast shipping and excellent product.

I've ordered many things from this site and it's been a rather painless ordeal so far. Everything that I've ordered has been exactly as advertised on the site. The only complaint that I have is that it takes a long time to ship an item once ordered which led to an item being returned because I moved. The company e-mailed me and let me know that the item was returned and the sent it to my new address at no extra cost. Excellent Company.

UPDATE: This company has recently made some upgrades to their website and order fullfilment department. Orders are arriving very quickly now, still not as fast as ordering from Amazon but it is much faster between order and shippment.
