Turned out that my son had a PSP slim & lite which has a different screen. I asked Cheapmod to return the part and they allowed the return. I sent them the part, using the RMA# they supplied and from then on heard nothing from them. I was not refunded, sent them several folow-up e-mails but they never even answered.
