I was told to take photos, took photos and was told to send them back. So I did, cost me $40 and then was told no replacements would be sent because they could \u0027possibly arrive damaged again. So they don\u0027t send things because they may be damaged in transit? If so, give me back my $40! <br>*UPDATE* - Thomas Lilly from ECS got back to me just recently (23\/2\/12) and apologised for the mistreatment and gave me some money back in recompense. I will keep shopping with them as they do have access to the BMW parts catalogue.
