I had a question and had it answered promptly by customer service. They were also the only place that sold my specific item.

I have ordered hundreds of items off the internet from most likely thousands of companies or individual people and this has been the all time worst to deal with. Trying to speak/get a hold of customer service is nothing but headaches. I will NEVER buy from here again. It took literally 3 months to get one purchase squared away and I'm just so glad HandHelditems is out of my life.
