These guys are awesome! I decided to go with them after reading the reviews here and I'm glad I did. They have a legitimate brick and mortar store in Texas, but I'm quite far from there so I sent my iPad, which had a broken backplate, via UPS. The processes took a couple of weeks, but they kept me updated with personalized emails to let me know how my device was doing and how much longer before it was shipped. They even upgraded my shipping on the way back without charging me to ensure the device arrives safely. Their customer service was very friendly, prompt and to the point. I chatted with a Daniel C. using their online chat support system and just wanted to add that he was very friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated as I was stressed out over damaging my device. I absolutely recommend milliamp! :)
