This company is shady at best. I ordered a battery for my HP laptop next day air did not notice the $64.13 shipping charge. I don't think it was listed until the order was processed but it MAY HAVE BEEN MY ERROR. I sent and instant email to cancel the order. Two days later I find the order has been processed and the money has been taken from my account. I have sent a 2nd email but after what I have read here I don't see that doing any good. Looks like all I can hope for is that I receive the correct battery and it is in working condition. I looked at the 5 star reviews after reading a comment in a review and agree that most of the 5 star reviews have been faked by LaptopTraveller. I would recommend newegg.com even with the battery costing $34.00 more after shipping I am still saving money over laptoptraveller.com BUYER BEWARE
