HORRIBLE customer service!!! I ordered a sink the first of January, which I received quickly...but it was damaged. I immediately followed the required steps to request a return okay, and I was told by Brian that he was working on getting a replacement sink shipped. When I was told that it would be at least 28 days before the sink would be shipped, I requested a refund of my money as this was not what I had paid for originally and couldn't wait another month for the sink. I was told that I would NOT receive a refund and that the item would be shipped when it was available. I asked for confirmation or proof of this, and I was sent a cut-and-pasted letter from the person at Kohler whom Brian deals with. Thankfully, that person's contact information was in the email so I was able to get information directly from her. Another sink was sent, and it too was damaged. We refused shipment of the second sink and I again contacted Brian. I also spoke with someone at Kohler and learned that Brian has been given credits to his account for BOTH of the sinks, yet I have not received a product or a refund. I have again requested a refund, and Brian has ignored my request and simply replied that another sink was being shipped with "extra padding."

There is no way to contact Brian other than email. I was provided with a phone number in my original confirmation email, but that is an invalid number. One surefire way to get Brian to respond is to tell him what horrible customer service he provides - he will then reply with a rambling email telling you about the great reputation of this company. He won't answer your questions, and he certainly won't provide an apology though! I will definitely be filing complaints with the BBB and will post as many negative reviews as possible.

Spend the few extra dollars and save yourself the grief of dealing with this company!!!

**UPDATE** As of 2/22/12, we have still not received our refund. Instead of issuing the refund, Brian is waiting the 45 days allowed by the bank, at which time the refund will be automatic.
