I never did receive a shipping notification and the items were not exactly what I ordered!<br>Overall I would say that communication with NT-Micro is terrible, and the time between ordering and delivery was excessive (without any notification)<br>I will pay more somewhere else for the peace of mind of knowing what is going on!!!!<br><br>I ordered a modem, and USB card from them on 1\/28.I received a e-mail confirmation of the order stating that I would be notified when they shipped. Had not received notification by 2\/3, so I sent them a e-mail requesting an expected ship date.
