Two items were advertised as free shipping and the third item reflected 99 cent shipping during the checkout process. All looked OK until I reached the place order page and then the shipping became $3.58. A call to customer service that saw the same problems I did said to place three seperate orders. After doing that and dealing with Server timeouts the end result was no order being placed and customer service unwilling to take an order over the phone or to fix things.
