I had just received my refund from ibuypower after a very bad buying experience and so I was skeptical to buy online again... However after reading all the very positive reviews and the great deals that GenTech offers I decided to give them a try. I placed my order for the GT70 with the free 30 day dead pixel warrante, the free upgrade to 16gb 1600 ram, and the free shipping on 3/28 at 8am. I received an email around 5pm the same day notifying me that my laptop had shipped! It took UPS 3 business days to ship it from CA to AZ which was great for free shipping. After careful review I can't find a single thing wrong with this beautiful laptop. I am more than pleased and I will be telling my friends! If your going to buy a gaming laptop online you should definitely look at GenTech.

Ordered a Battalion 101 W370ET on Feb 12th with free shipping, it arrived on Feb 28 which was fine. When it arrived the second hard drive wasn't showing up in the bios so I called them and they assured me that it was in the pc and were not very helpful. Finally I asked if I could open it up and check, they said that was fine. I found that the ssd hard drive had become disconnected during shipping. This also wasn't a huge deal because it was an easy fix. However I noticed that the touch pad and left and right buttons were not functioning. There also was a dead pixel, not dead center but close enough to drive me crazy, so I called customer support to see what they could do. They informed me that unless the dead pixel was dead center or there were 5 or more that it was considered "ok" and not worthy of replacement. However for the touch pad they would have been willing to pay for shipping to fix it, but at this point I didn't want to have to wait 3-4 weeks to get a laptop with a dead pixel so I just asked for a refund. They said that was ok and they gave me a RMA#. When I asked for them to provide a shipping label they told me that once you ask for a refund you are liable for all shipping costs. It cost $40+ to ship it back to them and 3 weeks to get refunded, on top of that they charged me $50 for the initial shipping which was free. During the three weeks I called several times to get a status update on the RMA and found that everytime you call the RMA line you are first in line but they never answer the phone... Then when you get someone on the line they are not helpful, very quick to put you on hold for another 5-10 minutes just to tell you nothing of value. So to sum it up I would highly advise you to not buy from ibuypower, they are very unprofessional. If you do buy I hope that everything is perfect because if you want to return it your going to be stuck with $100 shipping cost.

Edit:
iBUYPOWER contacted me and was willing to refund all my shipping costs so I'm bumping this up to 4 stars.
