She told me that the item is \u0027In Stock\u0027 but only to warehouses restricted to ship to my home state, so ETA is not available... I asked her where in their site is this policy found... She told me that it is not found anywhere on their site and that I should \u0027google\u0027 it...<br><br>After reading some reviews from this site, I finally decided to \u0027chat\u0027 them back and cancel my order to avoid future headaches...<br><br>Avoid PC Connection like the PLAGUE!.. So, before the 120 days are up (111 days) I asked for an immediate refund. At first, they claimed that I would need to send the first 12 digits of my credit card. So, I did it on the same day... Then, they now claim that orders past 120 days are not eligible for a refund. As if I cannot count how many days have passed since I ordered?!.. Anyway, I\u0027ve already emailed several times but it seems they are \u0027stalling\u0027 so I would reach the 120 days restriction... What a BAD company!
