Great price and free shipping on a heavy server chasis. There was a glitch where bank of america blocked the charge initially thinking a mass of computer parts ordered could be fraud, but wiredzone worked it out quickly over the phone and got the order shipped the following day, which was good. Arrived packaged well and am happy with this company. Will order from them again.

Extremely displeased with poor customer service after receiving an obviously physically broken item (inside a perfect box.) I've ordered from provantage before and not had a problem, but I may not order from them again. I ordered a simple item: a $20 supermicro fan. It arrived with all three connecting struts broken and the fan not able to turn. This broken fan was inside supermicro foam in a perfect supermicro box inside a perfect fedex box - I can't figure out how it could have possibly broken in shipment, so either it was defective or a previous customer return or ??? In any case I called 24 hours ago, said I was in a hurry to get the last fan I need, and was told I'd have a return label within 24 hours and I'd get a replacement shortly. I got nothing today and called again and was told it would take 3 business days and they had no more in stock. I appreciated the good info today, but not the delay and poor service yesterday. Now I'll lose the weekend waiting for one simple part. Overall I'm not pleased with their process or service level on this order, or getting obviously broken merchandise.

Ordered a SU2200RM APC battery backup for $250 plus $70 shipping. Was apprehensive about the condition before placing the order, but am very very happy with my order from New2U. First, it shipped out very quickly and arrived in 4 days ground. Next, it was very well packaged with form-fitting "pour in" foam around the central bag containing the UPS, one of the best protected shipments I've received from anyone. Inside there were minor scratches from use on the UPS as expected, but no damage, nothing broken off, etc. And their response time to questions was excellent - received email support for tracking number for example in just a couple hours, and also reply about question re: plugs. Very nice store to deal with - will shop New2U again.

Roberts Imaging is amazing! It is wonderful to deal with a store that is this friendly, helpful, and proficient. Got a D300 plus MB-D10 from them; put my name on the wait list, got an email three days later it was in stock on a Friday, and it shipped out Monday. Fair price, fair and quick shipping, and excellent service.

Ordered four 1 GB sticks of Kingston memory (two kits of 2). Website said in-stock. After waiting for the processing, website then said for my order "awaiting shipment". Within a day of inquiring, I was told it was a drop-ship item but that "are unable to tell you exactly when it will be shipping. As soon as we receive confirmation of the shipment we will email you with the tracking information." The next day I called, and the person on the phone said they were quite sure it was in stock, but couldn't give me any definite information and said she would email back. I got no email with the further information. I tried to call back three times later but could not get anyone on the phone after the initial call (voicemail after that). Canceled order since I didn't want to wait for this part that was holding me up, and they canceled as requested within 1 day which was good.

Listed Kingston Memory in stock but then informed me 2 days later that memory would not likely be in stock for 21 days. Gave me a $5 credit for the inconvenience of the stock issue. Regretted the 2-day delay but appreciated their honesty.

Excellent store. Great website, very low prices, and items shipped out the day after I ordered and arrived at my door in three days... with $10 shipping. Fast - efficient - this is what online ordering should be like everywhere. Will buy from them again, definitely!

Very pleased with upsforless and will check them first for all furture refurbished UPS purchasing (believe they only sell refurbished units). Ordered 3 APC 700 VA smart-ups units - site warns ahead of time that they have cosmetic blemishes, and this is true as one is discolored yellow, another has dents in the top of the metal case, and the third has the lable abraided -- so I wouldn't buy these if you plan to make your UPS a showcase item -- but if you're going to put it under your desk where no one will see it, these are GREAT. All three units worked perfectly and take a 100% full charge quickly and everything is working perfectly. Paying 1/3 of retail for these three units, I saved over $500 compared to new and as long as the cosmetic appearance doesn't matter, these are a great bargain. upsforless shipped within 3 days or ordering and was fast, responsive and friendly when I asked for tracking number - ordered on monday and recieved via fed-ex ground on saturday.

Will definitely order from serversdirect.com again. Prompt and helpful feedback on order (via phone call to confirm.) Shipped out in three days and arrived exactly as ordered. Their web system has a few minor glitches (e.g. links to ups tracking with fedex tracking number) but their phone support and helpful friendly customer service more than makes up for it... very prompt order status, and helpful people on the phone. Great price. Will order from them again.

Best store I've dealt with in a long time. Bought a 21" monitor, sata mobile racks, and gigabit nic, etc. from them. Everything was exactly as ordered, delivered exactly on time - quick accurate invoices, quick tracking number automatically emailed - reasonable and fast 3-day shipping option - great prices - great packaging. I have now ordered many times from newegg and have yet to have a single problem - this store is GREAT!
