Ordered hard drive, at the best price on the Web. It was shipped immediately, nicely packed in a plastic clamshell suspended in the center of the box by two foam blocks, plenty of buffering airspace on all sides of the drive. Definitely would feel comfortable buying similar delicate hardware from eWiz again....

UNBELIEVABLY PATHETIC vendor. Instantly charged my credit card for a cable order, but sent nothing. Never answered my three requests to cancel order and refund my money. Thankfully AMEX finally annulled the charge.

In spite of the many bad reviews here, I decided to risk taking up YesBuy on their price-leading offer of two Yate Loon fans--14cm and 12cm--for $8.99 shipped. It turned out the transaction was painless and non-problematical. I ordered on a Saturday, the fans were shipped on Tuesday by U.S. Mail, and I received them the following Tuesday, in perfect condition. The only negative I can think of is that the bare fans were packed in nothing more a padded envelope, with no outer sleeves of any rigid material to protect the blades from intrusive impact. But, they arrived in fine order anyway, so at this point that is a non-quibble.

Superb service! Ordered some insoles around midday on Monday. Not only did ProMed have the best price I could find (they were on sale), but they also were offering free shipping on this particular item. And today, Wednesday, I received my order (it shipped the same day by First Class Mail). My only criticism is that I never received a shipping notice, and only learned my order had been shipped by perusing my account details on their website. Still, exemplary service overall, and next time I'm in the market for similar products I'll definitely be checking out their offerings.

I am surprised by all the negative reviews this company has at RR. I've had nothing but GOOD experiences with Fry's/Outpost. In fact, my last two purchases were both delivered with nearly impossible speed. I placed each of those orders on a Saturday, and both times received the items on Monday morning--even though I selected nothing more than their cheapest ground shipping. Not only did they pack the orders on the same day that I ordered--in spite of it being a weekend--but DHL also shipped them out on Saturday night (I imagine it helps that Outpost's shipping warehouse is near DHL's hub in Wilmington OH). I've also ordered several memory kits, networking components, and software from Outpost--and never had a bad experience. I've also gotten every rebate I was promised. So as usual, I suspect the people who have a gripe--and obviously there are some--are for more likely to expend the effort to post here than those who have nothing bad to say.

Excellent reseller. Ordered an E6300 Core 2 Duo cpu from HW Rebuild on a Saturday night. Got immediate email confirmation, followed by an invoice and notice of charge authorization. Then that same night I received a third email, an update telling me that my order was in processing and scheduled for shipment on Monday. Got the UPS shipment notification and tracking number around noon on Monday--and received the processor--sealed, brand new--three days later. HW Rebuild had the absolutely best price on the Net (beating Newegg by $10). That and the free shipping and exemplary service made for a perfect transaction--so I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. The only negatives I can think of are the limited selection of stuff on the website, and the fact that the site itself could benefit from a good proofreading.

I have purchased from iHerb many times over the last several years, and never had a single problem. To the contrary, their service has been impeccable, and their shipping as prompt as it gets. In fact, they've invariably sent my orders by Priority Mail when I've selected only their "Best Value" shipping.

Don't be put off by the graphically-challenged nature of their website. Their site looks pretty amateurish, but their service and selection are top notch. And while, unlike in the past, their prices may not now be the lowest on the net, I still usually end up getting the best deal from them overall, when factoring in discount coupon codes and their free shipping on orders over $40. Highly recommended, with a small town touch, and run by people who genuinely care about customer satisfaction.

only one transaction with this company, but they performed flawlessly and gave me a great price on a Sunbeam Smart Fan Controller, honoring a coupon that surely made the order a money-loser for them. My final cost couldn't even have covered their shipping expense, as they sent the device by Priority Mail.

Highly recommended, a great company to deal with. I'll try to place another order with them in the future to let them score back what they lost this time around.
