While the prices are great, it took days of emails and phone calls to get the order processed. Using the guise of \u0027security\u0027 they attempt to legitimize a system that provides no greater security than any other internet site but does require that you have your credit card company and bank establish a \u0027SHIPPING ADDRESS\u0027 somewhere in their system - even though their system has no capability for such field. The cost savings are not worth the frustration with dealing with a policy based system and a customer service telephone number that is always busy.
