Looking back I shouldn\u0027t have done business with someone that adds shipping insurance after the fact. I only found out about that after the extended warranty call.<br><br>When the TV arrived I noticed metal staples sealing the box the tape seal was broken and the box was re-banded. When I inspected the TV there were fingerprints on the screen clearly a used Item so I refused delivery. I talked with Henry and he personally assured me that he was going to ship a new TV. WRONG! It was the same TV they didn\u0027t even remove the special tape I used to send it back.<br><br>Now it\u0027s a battle and I have to go through VISA to get my money refunded.
