Excellent service. For brand-new products their prices are exceptionally high but keep your eye on the Clearance Center - there are some amazing deals in there. A lot of their stuff comes with extra warranty, as well. They ship with FedEx, which (because I live close) was a next-day delivery at about $10 CDN. Overall, a great store. US customers, don't despair because there is a US store too.

Meh. I guess if you don't have a problem they're alright, but their prices are usually a lot higher than other stores and I can't say I'm thrilled with their website layout or their product selection. However, when their sales are good, you can't beat free shipping or the option of in-store pickup. I know places like NCIX have that too, but I don't live anywhere near NCIX. I have no clue what their customer support is like, however.

I've purchased several products from them without trouble, but it was when I did have trouble that they fell through. I purchased a 100-CD spindle in April which, as it turns out, was defective. It is now July and they have yet to do anything for me; I have simply been forwarded to countless answering machines and have yet to have a return call. If you buy from them, stick with name-brand, new products without rebates.

Update: They finally called me back and have now given me a credit for my CD's. If you have a problem, and customer support is un-cooperative, don't give up.

I don't think I've ever placed an order at NCIX that hasn't made me happy. Their support staff goes out of their way for me time and time again, and their prices are almost always spot-on. Even when they screw up or problems occur, it's often beyond their control and they have it fixed as soon as possible. Unless I absolutely must, I don't spend my money at any other computer store.
