Six days ago I placed an order on-line with Cellhut and received an immediate e-mail confirmation that my order had been received. As of two days ago, my order status remained unchanged. I e-mailed the customer service address but after a day received no reply, so I tried calling the customer service number during the hours specified. I waited for 1h26m but no one picked from customer service picked up. Finally, today, after two days of calling, a customer service rep finally answered and claimed the phone I ordered was not in stock. I promptly canceled my order and notified my bank to be on the look-out for possible fraudulent charges. I was very disappointed with this company's actions (or lack thereof) and how difficult it was to contact them to find out what was going on.
