This is a terrible merchant. Never order from them. I called to check availability of an item and was told it was in stock so I places an order online. An hour later I received an email stating the item was out of stock. I called customer service, who really didn't provide customer service, to cancel and was told my order was cancelled and I would receive an email within 24hr stating that it was cancelled. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they were busy, sorry. I never received one so I called back. The second representative said yes it was cancelled, but a day later, still no confirmation. I called again only to hold for 20 minutes without anyone picking up the call. These people have zero customer service. I will never order from them and will tell everyone I know to avoid them as well.

We responded to your cancellation request and refunded you the same day. Due to the way our billing system works you should have seen your refund 24 to 48 hours after the cancellation request was made. As far as you receiving a notification regarding the cancellation; we sent you an email stating it was cancelled and refunded after the refund was cleared. We hope this does not deter you from the site. If you wish to place an order with us it's always best to place it with a sales adviser so they can over see your order and provide the customer service for it. We hope to see you again as we can offer the best prices on all kitchen and bath décor.”
