I was more than friendly treated when I ordered the camera. When I called to voice a complained I was most rudely treated and hung upon. I tried numerous times to resolve the issue,they either hung up the phone or I was treated like an idiot. It has been over 3 months and still have not received proof of warranty. There again nothing but hostility from these people. Do not deal with them or you will be sorry. I will never recommend these people to anyone and would try to stop anyone from doing business with them. They also charged me $ 10.00 more than agreed upon at purchase.
