Item is labeled as in stock and would ship in 1-2 days. Status on the item says still not shipped after 5 days. There's also no easy way yo cancel the order online. I sent an email and didn't hear back from it. When I called them they said the order may have shipped already. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this site.

Awesome customer service. I had ordered some case fans and the next day I got a coupon from Newegg for a prior purchase that offered 15% off the fans. Rep was able to apply the coupon (Being right out of college, even the small amount back from it helps) and getting the amount back to into my account.
