Bought a set on clearance. Shipping was timely. I dealt with a return also, and this was not problematic. I loved their high quality dining set.

Ordered a garlic press and some tongs. Applied a coupon and it worked wonders. It was timely shipped. No problems at my end. Happy with merchant.

ORdered on Friday and got them delivered on MOnday. Fastly shipped. They seemed to be pretty reliable. No problems with my order. You can also return the items in-store which is a plus.

Ordered a hat for Halloween. Received the order confirmation in my email. 8 business days later I receive an order cancellation email. The good thing is that my credit card wasn't charged at all.

From this I would say that the company is not very reliable and they are very late in notifying their customers.

I ordered something in clearance with a coupon. The end result was a very cheap pair of shoes for probably around $17 shipped. A couple of days passed and I received an email that it was cancelled. And by this time the coupon had already expired so I couldn't order a substitute pair.

Then the next day I received an email letting me know that I qualified for an extended promotion with this new coupon code with one-day shipping. So I placed an order and I was good to go. Next day the shoes arrived!

The shoes did not fit me as well as I thought, so I ordered a new pair with a smaller size. Unfortunately Puma doesn't do exchanges so I had to place a new order and return my current ones. This new order didn't have the coupon applied since it was already expired and so I had to call for them to pricematch my last order. They did it with no problems; the shoes I returned to them haven't even gotten to them yet at the time of the call.

So I'm overall happy with Puma, it's just the exchanges are more of a hassle. Oh and their customer phone support is 24hours!

The website was easy and user-friendly to order items. No technical problems there. I received my items in a timely matter. They have 90 day return policy which is really good.

I had to exchange one of the suits so I went to one of the stores. The staff was really really nice. I believe the manager was helping me, and probably we spent at least 30 minutes looking for something to exchange it with. I was looking for something around the same price range, and he showed me the available suits he had. Then he also pulled out other ones he didn't had but could be shipped to the store with no extra fees. He also explained to me the tailoring and how long or short the sleeves are in the suits. I was asking to look for some suit packing plastic and he opened a new one (plastic wrapped) to show me how it worked and recommended me to buy it when the promotion of buy 1 get one free was in effect.

Express is simple and easy to deal with. Coupons don't work with clearance/sale items. Every time I've ordered from them, I've received my order with no problems and it usually takes a week to get to me.

Returns are easy to deal with in-store. When you need to exchange something in-store just know that some stores don't carry all items, so it'd be more convenient to call ahead and ask if they carry the item.

There was one time they messed up my order by sending me something more expensive, so I just exchanged it for something my size in the store.

There was another time I ordered 3 pairs of socks and somehow the package came opened with only 2 pairs in it. So I called and customer service issued me a refund.

Let me first state that I ordered from three different locations since my prescription was ending in 3 days, which Wal-Mart nor Costco were willing to accept. I ordered from ContactLens.com, 1800AnyLens & Contact1st.com. I was afraid that some of them were going to reject my prescription, therefore I ordered from all these 3.

ContactLens.com had the LOWEST price of them all 3, when you buy 4. Individually, 1800AnyLens is the way to go; plus they have free shipping. Contacts1st had a decent price, and you only get free shipping if you spend $99+.

Shipping/Processing wise, it delivered in a timely manner 4-5 days. I received the orders from the other 2 places in 3 days. The expiration dates for the lens were about 2.5 years from the day I received them.

Before I placed the order, I called them to ask for their return policy, I didn't want to bother checking online since I also had other questions. They said it was OK to return in this certain period of time. So I was sold.

But when the time came to return them, this is when I noticed it wasn't nice. They had a restocking fee of 15% apparently on their site, and they would not waive it even when I told them about the phone call. Some of you might consider that it was my fault and that's fine; but the other 2 companies I ordered they told me their exact policy including if they had or not restocking fees. So I just swallowed the fee and returned them.

Weeks later, I get the refund and I noticed that it's missing about $7-$8 from the total minus the 15%. So I email them and I receive a response saying it was charged for shipping since it wasn't refundable. So I replied to them saying that the shipping was free since I spent over $100. I didn't receive a reply for a week. I sent them a 2nd email with the same message and this time they replied:

"Thank you for contacting us. If you order $100 worth of products, your $7.95 shipping fee is waived. If you order $100 worth of items and return $50, you no longer qualify for free shipping as your new product total is $50. It is understood that the free shipping value is included in the price of the lenses you order when your order total is over $99. Similarly, if you order $200 worth of items and we ship them, and then you return all $200, you will no longer qualify for free shipping. Shipping and handling is non-refundable."

This was absurd! I checked their return policy one more time and noticed this clause: "Return products in their original condition (full, unopened, unmarked) within 30 days for a refund less any shipping charges you may have paid.". I did not pay for shipping - I said to myself. So this time I sent back an email saying that what he wrote was not stated in their policy. If it's not stated there, I don't see why they are doing this. It's like following a rule that's not written and that's wrong! In comparison with Amazon if you buy more than $25 of items to qualify for free shipping; and then you do a partial or complete return, they won't charge you for shipping.

Finally, I was approved of the refund.

I would definitely not recommend them, and this is my experience. Maybe if you don't have to deal with their returns this would be OK. But there are better and cheaper companies out there.

Their return policy is one of the best. They DON'T charge you any restocking fee. When I asked about their return policy by phone, that's what they stated. Their calling customer service is good also.

I had to make a return soon enough and it was easy to do.
I highly recommend them.

Shipping/Processing wise, it delivered as fast as 1800AnyLens in 3 business days. The expiration dates for the lens were about 3.5 years from the day I received them.

Just be wary about the return policy, which charges a 15% restocking fee. But I'm not worried about it since I'm not returning them.

I called them at first, but there was no answer, maybe because the store wasn't open yet? So I left a voicemail, then in 2 hours I receive a callback.

Also, they notify you when they are shipped with a tracking number (if you pay for it).

I ordered a pair of shoes and some shoelaces so I could reach a total of $60 and use a coupon. Next day I receive an order cancellation email indicating that the shoe in the size I wanted was out of stock. Then within an hour I receive another email that the order was shipped. I see that the shoelaces were shipped and I was charged $5.50 for the shipping. So I call them up (waiting time is about 8minutes), and inquire about the problem. They say that this is their policy and how the system works. I explain to the representative that I wanted either the whole order or none to be shipped out (it took me about 7 minutes to convince him). He put me on hold, then after speaking to his supervisor he refunded me the shipping amount.

The main point to focus in here is that, they would ship whatever they have in stock and just cancel what they don't have! This, in my opinion, is absurd without first consulting the customer. Second, what do I do now with some shoelaces that I do not even really want in the first place, if the closest store is 100 miles away!

I definitely would only recommend this store IF AND ONLY IF they really have what's online in stock and I'm only ordering ONE ITEM.

On the other hand, I made a mistake on the shipping address and I realized it after the item was shipped. I called them up, and they changed it by calling UPS with no problems.

It seems to be a small company. When I placed the order I received an order confirmation. Three business days passed and I hadn't received a shipment confirmation yet, so I gave them a call. It went to voicemail after a couple of rings, so I hanged up. A minute later, they call me back so I ask them about the status of my order and he told me that it was already shipped and that they'd provide me the tracking number.

I received the item in a couple days and it was in good condition with no problems.

So just letting you guys know that the company is most likely small, especially customer service since I believe it's a cell phone number. And second, they would've not provided me a tracking number if I hadn't called.
