I needed two 1 1/4 - 1 inch blackpipe reducers, and couldn't find them at any hardware or plumbing supply in town.

plumbingsupply.com had what I needed so I placed an order with them. The order form was easy and glitch free. I got immediate conformation and two days later it was shipped and I was given a tracking number.

If you can't find what you're looking for in town give this outfit a try, their prices are reasonable and their an honest business.

This outfit has a large inventory of minibike gokart related items with everything advertised in stock, unless otherwise noted. The customer service is friendly and helpful. The ordering process was easy and straight forward without any glitches. I was given immediate order confirmation and two days later the items were shipped and I was e-mailed a UPS tracking number. After delivery five days later one of the items I received was damaged in shipment, and customer service was notified. I was promised a replacement part as soon as one is available. I received the replacement part on the 29th as promised. This business meets its obligations to customers and I will do business with them again. I recommend BMI Karts as an honest business.

I needed two 1" (all the way through) live shaft wheel hubs, and this outfit was the only place I could find that had them. Their order form was straight forward and glitch free. I was given immediate conformation for my order, and my order was shipped the following day with tracking number. I trust this business and will order from them again.

I've purchased from this outfit several times. Their ordering process is easy and trouble free. Customer service if you need it is courteous and helpful. This business is trust worthy and rates well from my experience.

My story mirrors most of those here. This Online retailer entices customers with an extensive inventory of hard to find parts at competitive prices. The unfortunate reality is none of it is in stock. They promptly took my money and put me on back order without giving a reliable delivery date. After eight weeks of stall tactics and excuses, I canceled my order and felt lucky to get a refund.

Lessons learned:
Beware online retailers that won't indicate whether or not items are in stock. Beware online retailers if their web site has no customer feedback section.
Before doing business with unfamiliar online retailers, Check them out first with consumer websites like ResellerRatings or Epinions.

Business needs to improve customer service.

If you need to order anything from Accessories International call them first and find out if the item is in stock. Be advised they go through third party suppliers and will not give you an estimated delivery date, nor bother notifying you of order status. They're reluctant to provide any delivery information other then "you'll get it when you get it" and your order can take more then a few weeks.

I sympathize with most of the posts here and their issues, but upgraded my satisfaction rating because they did eventually deliver my order in about three weeks. I'm satisfied with the quality of my motorcycle Sissybar Luggage rack and it looks good on my motorcycle, but should I ever need other accessories for my scoot, these guys are a hassle to do business with, I'll look else ware.

I don't usually purchase items online when I can buy them from a local store, but in this case no brick and mortar store comes close to matching All4Cellular in price.

The BQ50 battery in my track phone died after 3 years use and needed replaced. The lowest price at the local retailers was about $20 dollars for a substitute.

All4Cellular sells the OEM trackphone battery for only $4.00 and very low $ 2 dollar shipping. I purchased two BQ50's for less then half what I would have paid at a brick and mortar store.

All4Cellular had the best price and my order was filled in three days. Now that's superior service.

Update: After 16 day's my laser arrives. Yippy! It's of good quality, functions as advertised and performs to my expectations.

If Wickedlasers would simply inform customers upfront that shipping out of China takes several weeks, people would know what to expect and there would be few complaints. Never tell customers 24 - 48 hours unless you mean it. Since Wickedlasers did eventually fill my order, I raise their rating to 3 stars.

Update on my order.

I was contacted by sales manager Mike Wade, who explained that their shipment promise was in error due to an inventory snafu. He apologized for the delay and said my order was shipped as of Feb 15, and gave me a FEDEX tracking number, plus $35 dollar credit. Wow! That is dedication to customer service. I guess even good companies sometimes make mistakes, but Sit4less goes above and beyond the normal course of business to rectify any problems. I therefore withdraw my complaints and apologize to the employees of Sit4less, who strive to deliver quality products to their customers. I highly recommend Sit4less as an honest retailer.

I've been ordering ammunition and gun parts from Midway for many years. Contrary to some negative posts here, I've never had any problems with Midway. They're a reliable and honest business from my experience.

This outfit has hard to find Sub c rechargeables for less then two dollars. What a Bogin!! I bought two for less then what one would cost (including shipping fees) from any hobby store. You can't beat that with a stick. Great deal!

I Needed a 90398 replacement filter for my All Around Plus shop vac. I couldn't find this filter at any of the big retailers including Sears. The lowest online price I could find was ShopVac.com, where they're sold for $13 bucks each. Although their shipping charge of $10 dollars is excessive in my opinion, they had what I needed and delivered in less then a week. This outfit may gouge you in shipping charges, but they've got your filter and deliver.

CyberWeld has a huge inventory of quality welding supplies and accessories, their prices are reasonable and shipping is free. Their customer service is courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.
What else can one expect from a good business?

I ordered 40 cubic foot Ox & Acetylene bottles, B adapter and two Victor nozzles for my Harbor freight welding kit. The ordering process was easy and glitch free. Upon completing the order they promptly e-mailed the invoice and order number. My order was shipped in two days furnished with a tracking number. I had my items in about 4 days.

I highly recommend CyberWeld.
