Another perfect order. A customer needed a brake pad wear sensor, and I was able to get it by the end of the next day. Unfortunately, I couldn't put it in until the day after that, but I blame UPS. Either way, it fit and functioned perfectly, and was cheap cheap cheap. Thanks again!!

These guys have always been good to me. I ordered from them twice, and have had no problems. My first order was just a test (couple sets of strings and a strap). I believe they use multiple warehouses, because I got my second order from them in two shipments. The first shipment had a tracking number that UPS didn't scan at the sorting facility, so I was a little worried... but it arrived within the 8 days that M.F. said it would. The other half of the order arrived right away.

Overall, my experience was neutral or slightly below. I got 2 of the 4 DVD's correct. Obviously, I contacted customer service, but there was no answer at the phone number and no reply to emails. I returned the two incorrect ones and got a refund. However, I did have to start a dispute with my credit card issuing bank to ensure the refund. All in all, their selection is good, but they should not just send me junk movies that I didn't order.

New to RR.com, but I remember buying handlebars and a stem for my mountain bike from this store a few years ago. Shipped fast, parts were great... the stem is still on my bike.
