This order got delayed but they kept me posted faithfully on it's progress. Still arrived in good time and was exactly what I ordered. I appreciate being kept updated during the process. So many just leave you wondering. Will definately order again.

I heard about them from another website and ordered for my 120G & 30G Ipods & LGVu phone. They were very reasonably priced (compared to Zagg) and fit perfectly. I had a slight problem with the 120G, but upon contacting the company they promptly sent me another one. Very satisfactory & quick response.

I purchased an Ipod travel charger & an Ipod car charger...the next day they went on a special for only 99 cents each. I contacted HandHelditems regarding a credit since it was only the day after I had ordered. They didn't seem inclined to do it--claiming that the 99 cent special would have only applied to one item (although that is not anywhere that I could find on the ad - which was emailed to me the day after I had ordered the items). So no adjustment, and no more orders from me. I previously had ordered another item from them and it was not in the package...only an empty manila envelope. Oh, they had charged my credit card for sure. They didn't seem to want to believe that the item (which also had a rebate with it) - but they eventually sent me the item. I am STILL waiting on the rebate, of course!
