We ordered 3 shades with identical fabric. They came in with the fabric pattern running in different directions. This took 3 remakes to get this right.

The fabric on the roller shades was also misaligned so the edges hit the brackets and frayed. This took 2 remakes to get this right.

On 2 of the shades we had to improvise a big screw to hold the roller bracket securely in the cassette because their partial remakes did not allow for reinstalling the roller.

Poor quality check before leaving factory. In the end they rebated us 15% of the cost and an order that should have taken 2 weeks took 4 months. The time and trouble to get it almost right are not worth it.

The whole process was straightforward and worked well. When I had specific technical questions about the Mac, I was able to speak on the phone with a well informed person [the guy who runs the business, I think] and he was able to provide good answers. This is a big plus!
