Order places 5/31 for every day with rachel ray
and 6 1/2 months later not a single issue has been received.
Previous emails to customer service indicate glitch at clearing house.
IMO when B.D.M. receives an order it's their duty to verify it's been properly received by and processed by the clearing house and forwarded to the publisher. It appears they take orders and then wait for customers to complain when the magazines are not received. Poor business model.
B.D.M needs to follow up and catch the
clearinghouse glitches so we don't have to

“The problem with this order was due to a problem with our clearinghouse. The order was sent to our clearinghouse in early June 2010, however, the clearinghouse failed to forward the order on to the publisher for fulfillment yet they accepted our payment for your order. Due to the unethical behavior of this particular clearinghouse we stopped utilizing their services several months ago. Your comments in this post indicate that you do not fully understand the process a magazine subscription agency must follow and how much information is available to them. We are obligated to submit the order through a clearinghouse who then sends the order to the publisher for fulfillment. We process several thousand orders each and every week. Since the account information is with each individual publisher, we do not have access to fulfillment information. If the customer does not receive their order within the time frame stated on our website, we must rely on them to notify us if they have not received their magazine. We will then investigate and gladly provide a refund when due. Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. The dissatisfaction on this order should be directed at the clearinghouse responsible for the error not Best Deal Magazines. Unfortunately we are caught in the middle of the mess created by our clearinghouse and we are working as hard as possible to rectify their mistake. The problem experienced with this particular order is rare and is related to an isolated incident with one of our clearinghouses of which we are no longer using to fulfill orders.”
