ordered a product online and phoned to confirm it would ship soon. I was assured 3-5 days. I called frequently and was offered the same assurances. 7 work days later no product and I called to find it was not in stock (online it indicated it was, and still does) and a shipping date could not be confirmed. I told the customer services each time I needed it for a holiday and was reassured each time.
At no time was I told the product was not in stock or that there was a problem.
When it was finally revealed to me, I was not offered a refund as the product had \"Shipped\", I have still not received any confirmation of this. I have no options but to return the product when it arrives (though I will be out of the country)
I am appalled and disgusted with the quality of service. I will never buy from this company again
