Shipping has always been acceptable and prices are also decent. They carry some exclusive items in their OCN branded merchandise and Ducky keyboards. All in all, I've never had a bad experience with them.

I have ordered miscellaneous parts from mnpctech over the last few years and it has always been an enjoyable experience. I once was just buying a few screws and the online webpage was wanting to charge me $5 shipping for $2 of screws. I sent an email to them and they worked out a reasonable price and shipped them out the next day. Bill Owen is a talented modder and all of his products are quality. Thanks Bill!

I've never had an issue with Newegg. Quite the contrary, actually. I have always had great customer service both with returns, order issues, and my own mistakes and every time they have been very accommodating. Overall, I've probably spent a few hundred every month and I don't have a single bad experience to speak of.

Even when prices have been slightly lower at other retailers (which is not very often) I generally go with newegg since I trust their customer service.

Site was easy to navigate. The things I bought were all good quality. I ordered some of the fan grills and they were well cut and fit perfect. For a startup company, they have a good selection of parts and services. There was a shipping option for USPS Flat Rate so shipping was great.
