One of my pet peeves, being that I\u0027ve been a hairdresser for 22 years, is poor customer service. I have to say that I have received A+++ Customer service from them for the past few years i\u0027ve been ordering. I\u0027ve even ordered a flat iron that I returned because I didn\u0027t care for it and they paid return shipping and allowed me to keep the free items that came with it! Being a licensed stylist and shop owner, I get many of the items that Folica sells at wholesale prices from local professional beauty supply shops.
