I order a polk sub and a day after I ordered it they had a coupon for $50 off which they credited my account for. Then the sub I got had a manufacturing defect so I RMA\u0027d it paid $30 to send it back and the next one I got was damaged. So I called customer service and they said that since it wasnt my fault I had to send it back the first time they credited my account again and are replacing the 2nd damaged item. So even though I have bad luck.
