Re: Order# 190229
As the order in reference was placed 4 months ago, today, it is certainly understandable why you may have forgotten a few of the details when posting your complaint here. Order# 190229 was placed by you at 8:47:25pm on Sunday, 7/29/07. You first contacted us a couple of days later (below) on 8/1/2007 1:41pm.
The reason a reply was delayed was entirely due to the fact that your email was A) sent to a non-customer service email and not to customer service as we explicitly ask, B) it had a spammy subject and was therefore held up for manual review in a "spam" folder, and C) you did not include an order# or any other identifiable information in that email.
The tracking# has since expired for this order, but it was received, and returned to us by you on 9/19/2007, not that this is of any relevance now. A full and complete refund was issued for this $9.45 order on 8/19/2007.
