“I placed an order for a projector lamp from these folks for several reasons, first they were the cheapest on the net, second because although some of their review were poor, they were mostly satisfactory. When I placed my order I selected 2nd day shipping as I needed the bulb for a presentation, they changed this to ground. When I called to point out the mistake they flat out called me a liar saying that I selected ground shipping when I did not. Later they admitted that they downgraded the shipping to ground (without any notification to me at all) because this item could not ship 2nd day. I told them I really needed this in time for my presentation and would pay the additional to get it 2nd day so theey charged me an extra $27 to 2nd day the lamp (which is outrageous, you can overnight it for $19). When they finally shipped it they sent it ground again and still charged me $27. Now it arrives a week after my presentation.
To their credit I was able to get my $27 back, but the fact that they downgraded it in the first place, called me a liar, then charged me to 2nd day it again yet didn't puts this seller in the "I won't do business with them again" bracket.”
“Wow, I wish I would have found this site before I bought from these crooks. I purchased a new power supply for my XBox and it was dead within a few days, needless to say I have send them mountains of email and have gotten no reply. Like everyone else, I was dinged on my card immediately and didn't get my purchase until weeks later, even though I paid extra for 2 day shipping. Crooks, scam artists.
