As mentioned by a number of reviewers here, BB.com staff suck. They are incompetent and it needs 5-6 emails to get them to understand a single point. The company tries in terms of customer service but never achieves. Their management is aloof and totally disinterested in any complaint. They simply let incompetent agents handle complaints. I've had issues with almmost every order. I go back because their site is easy to understand and carries a lot of different product - it is not the cheapest out there though! Also, you cannot trust their shopping cart stock system. I never order anything that shows out of stock. However even when items show in stock I then find out that some of them are not. On my most recent order, a free shaker cup which comes with a product was out of stock and so were 3 tubs of protein. Two weeks after my order I still don't have these items and in fact they just emailed me asking me to order them again so that they know exactly what I ordered? Duuuh I already paid for it...get the system and the incompetent staff sorted and bring management to the shop floor level. My advice is to keep away. Bad company - there are others out there with better service and cheaper product.
