Received e-mail from Co. confirming that my order has been received and shipping will be on 1\/8\/07. Received another e-mail 2 weeks later stating that there have been problems with shipping and that my order will be shipped on 1\/29\/07.<br>To this date I have not received my order. Phone call to them told me that they have shipped on 1\/29\/07.<br>What strikes me strange is that my credit card was billed by:Cristina and Co. 805-524-2778 CA. rather than EZINKJETS.<br>I think I have been scammed. Is there some kind of legal action lthat one can take? Perhaps class action or similar?<br>Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES order from this company.<br><br>Update!<br>After 7 weeks and two previous bogus shipping dates <br>I finally received my order on 2\/23\/07.<br>The cartridges look ok (Canon - Generic, made in China). Since I was unable to wait for my order to arrive I was forced to order from another company. At this time I have not used any of the cardridges.
